The Catto-Gage Ranch consists of over 2,100 acres is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country near Kendalia.  The Ranch is less than a one-hour drive from San Antonio International Airport.  The Ranch offers seasonal hunting of white tail deer and native turkey as well as exotic deer and other species that may be hunted year round. Hunting guest will have guided access to the Ranch. For our "cabin guest only" the cabin is located on 300 acres that you are free to explore on your own.  The cabin is ideally located for a quite get-a-way or as part of a hunting trip. 

Many Texas Hill Country Attractions and Golf Courses  are within a short drive from the Ranch. 

 Hunting

Hunting is offered on a daily basis.  Buck hunts are guided. Does, turkey and predator hunts are semi-guided.  Spot and stalk hunts are available for an extra charge of $75.00 per hour.  The daily hunting fee is $150. On multiple day hunts, one daily fee will be applied to your animal charge.  We have a skinning area and cooler available.  There is a non-refundable deposit of $100 to book a hunt. Bow hunting welcome. All hunters must sign our Hunters Release and abide by our Hunting Rules.

Lodging

We have a charming two-bedroom cabin for rent.  The cabin easily sleeps six and includes these amenities:

• Full kitchen (bring your own eats)

• A/C and Heat

• BBQ Pit

• Fireplace

• Located on 300 acres that you may explore on your own. 

• Walking distance to 3 acre lake.

•  Horse pen and water trough next to house is available at no additional charge. Bring your own feed a tack.

• One queen bed, two twin beds, queen sofa sleeper and 2 cots.

Cabin Rates

$165 per night with minimum two nights on weekends or holidays.

$980 per week.

$130 per night if booking cabin in connection with a hunt.

At check-in all guests must sign our Release of Liability and agree to our Policies and Rules for Cabin Rental.

One night rent deposit to reserve that cabin. This will also be held as a security deposit. Applicable taxes will be added.
